My Approach

Healing happens through connection. My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic models—including attachment, developmental, and body-based approaches—to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and lasting change. Together, we will explore patterns shaping your present experience and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Integrative relational psychotherapy combines diverse therapeutic modalities with the therapeutic relationship to meet your unique needs. My approach recognises strengthened links between mind, body, and spirit that promote deeper self-awareness and lasting change.
