About Me

I’m a relational integrative therapist in advanced training with a background in trauma, attachment, and embodied psychotherapy. My work draws on Gestalt, attachment and developmental traditions, alongside somatic awareness, Polyvagal-informed practice (your nervous system), and the realities of human relationships.
Clients often describe me as engaged, attuned, and direct — someone who doesn’t hide behind jargon or clichés. I’m interested in who you are beneath the coping, beneath the survival strategies, beneath the “I’m fine.”
You’re not too much, too emotional, too quiet, too confused.
You’re human — and that’s where we begin.
